Smart Sensors
Our non-moving and non-intrusive radars equipped and customised with our in-house developed AI and digital twin based algorithms can not only control and measure the level of very low dielectric media such as hydrogen and oxygen especially in high pressure steam vapour applications but also accurately detect the hydrogen and oxygen mixture, identify spill-overs and predict potential maintenance issues which may lead to abrupt shutdowns.
Monitoring the health and performance of the electrolyser membranes is one of the most critical and complex activity of a hydrogen generation plant. For a stable electro-chemical process, it is very important to monitor and control the quality, flow, temperature, and conductivity of the feed water. Our non-intrusive wireless flow and temperature sensors not only provide the most accurate measurements but also predict and act autonomously when customised with our in-house developed AI and digital-twin based pressure variation and thermal conductivity algorithms.
Hydrogen is lighter than air and is highly inflammable with a flame that is almost invisible to the naked eye. Detecting the flame or explosion is the most important safety factor involved in hydrogen production and storage. Our optical flame sensing sensors equipped and customized with our in-house developed AI based algorithms detect, analyse the threat and ensure the quick shutting off of the supply and if required send a signal to shut down the entire production system in a controlled manner based on the level of the threat. Our non-intrusive wireless flow and temperature sensors not only provide the most accurate measurements but also predict and act autonomously when customised with our in-house developed AI and digital-twin based pressure variation and thermal conductivity algorithms.
